Companies don't adopt AI. People do.

Every meaningful AI rollout we've watched up close started with the same shape: a few early adopters willing to dive into the tools, level up their skills, experiment, and pave the way for the rest of the team. The company-wide rollout that follows is the result of those people, not the cause.

So we built a program for them: Claude Cowork for Growth.

It runs June 4th to 25th — three weeks live, public, designed for individuals and small teams who want to be the pioneers on their team running Claude Cowork. If that's the person you already are or want to be, the rest of this is for you.

Why we're opening Cowork to a public cohort

Since January, we've run Cowork programs as custom engagements inside companies. Four to six weeks, function-specific, built around a team's actual stack, sized for twenty to thirty people. We run a handful of those at a time.

And they work.

The teams that come out the other side don't just use Cowork — they ship meaningful agentic workflows with it.

But that shape leaves out the people we'd most like to train.

Since January, we've had hundreds of these conversations. Operators who fit perfectly — sharp, motivated, ready to be trained, high-potential — whose company just wasn't aligned yet. Different functions, different industries, same pattern. The same email lands every week:

"My team isn't ready for a full rollout yet. But I am. I want to be the person who brings Cowork to my company. Where do I start?"

Until now, the honest answer was: start with the Cowork course in the 9x Community. It's a great foundation. But async has its limits — no live feedback, no peers building alongside you, no deadline to ship by. Our AI Cowork Track closes that gap. But until now, the only way in was as part of a full team rollout.

This cohort is the correction.

What's in the cohort

Three weeks live, June 4 to 25. Same DNA as the programs we run inside companies. Same structure — Configure, Build, Apply. Same expectation — you submit a real, working automation by Demo Day, or you don't graduate. Same direct access to the 9x team during sessions and office hours.

What's different: we sized it for individuals and small teams. Even if you're the only person at your company on Cowork right now, this is built for you. No company-wide mandate required — three weeks and one workflow worth shipping.

Inside the seat:

  • Live cohort, June 4th to 25th, with sessions tuned to Growth, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps

  • The Cowork methodology we use inside every program — shared publicly for the first time

  • Three months of 9x Community Pro access after the cohort wraps

  • The full Claude Cowork course as supporting material throughout

  • Live support from the 9x team during office hours to build your use case

  • Demo Day showcase for the strongest submissions

And then there's the room itself. This cohort will be packed with peers from across companies and functions — sharp, motivated, all building real workflows in parallel. The conversations between participants are half the value of being there.

By the end, you'll become the person on your team with a working Cowork setup, live workflows and the playbook to ship the next ones.

What you walk out with

Three weeks in, you walk away changed.

You have a working Cowork setup on your own GTM stack, a workflow you shipped yourself, and the fluency to build the next one without asking permission. Your peers start coming to you. Leadership notices. When someone senior asks who's been doing this, your name gets mentioned. That's the kind of credibility that opens doors for the next project, the next budget conversation, the next team-wide rollout.

And unlike a one-time training, the setup you leave with compounds. Every workflow you add makes the next one faster to build and harder to ignore.

Be the first mover

Most teams will eventually get to Cowork. Don't wait for yours to realize its potential. Become the AI operator your team turns to — the one who paved the way before anyone else was ready.

This is the cohort we're most excited to run this quarter. Three weeks with operators from across companies and functions, building in public. We can't wait to see what gets shipped.

Companies don't adopt AI. People do. Be that person.
