Airtable is so much more powerful than Excel, especially when integrating with AI.

Airtable is so easy to integrate with other systems. After the hackathon, I'm definitely going to look at my colleagues' tasks in the finance department to help them with anything that has a possibility for automation.

I just finished the AI Builder path after the No-Code Ops Bootcamp and Generative AI for Operators training, and I’m blown away. I started with zero technical background (literally just using email and a text editor!), and now I am an autonomous automator, I build, manage and scale my workflows. The instructors make the "magic" behind these tools so easy to understand. I’ve officially fallen in love with building! Can’t wait to see what new trainings come out next.

Highly recommend the 9x AI Builder course! It's already transformed my prompting skills (e.g., RISEN) and understanding of AI use cases. The webinars and Slack community are excellent resources. I feel completely ready for the AI revolution!

This is a great course for anyone wanting to enhance their operations with the help of AI, automation and various no-code tools. Very hands-on with many practical examples that can get you started in building yourself right away. Highly recommended!

Very well-structured training; the automation knowledge applies to all tools.

Although the course did not specifically teach the tool I ended up using, the underlying automation knowledge made it easy to learn new tools on the go. The feedback sessions were helpful, and the trainers always provided support.

Last week I wrapped up the AI Builder Hackathon at Perk led by 9x.

This experience changed my mindset. Not just about solving problems, but about how I can automate them.

9x course on APIs and Webhooks complemented my competence in digitalization and automation with key knowledge on how various software interact and work together.

As a technical writer in the age of AI, I definitely needed filling certain IT and technical gaps in order to be able to act at a more strategic, more competent level. This course worked very well for me, by providing a compact, meanwhile valuable knowledge package. I appreciate a lot the concise theoretical sessions; the explanations and examples were easy to digest.

I just completed the Data and Databases course and it's already been incredibly helpful for me in my day to day operations. I have been able to automate several processes that either myself or a team member were manually completing 2-3x/week.

Just wrapped up an amazing 4-week AI-intensive training with 9x and TravelPerk as part of the Genesis bootcamp — covering everything from automation, data, APIs to AI, topped off with a 1-week hands-on Hackathon! 🤖💡

During this time, I developed:

✅ An automation that creates detailed reports analyzing more than 1K weekly doubts and questions from cc agents identifying the potential knowledge gaps to close the feedback loop.

✅ An AI bot that answers key questions from our VMO team (with more features on the way!)

✅ An automation that sums the task performed by my team and creates a report to share with the management team ones a week.

I recently took the 9x Data and Databases for Operators course after Alexandre attended as a guest instructor on a different course I was taking. He demonstrated a deep expertise and passion for the material, and his background sounded very relevant to my own professional experience.

As someone who has primarily worked with Excel in the past, I was ready to expand my skillset and gain a more robust understanding of databases. While I had some prior exposure to SQL databases through my PM role, I still learned a substantial amount of new information and techniques in this course.

The instructors did an excellent job of breaking down each tool and its unique functionality in a clear and accessible way. This foundational knowledge will be highly transferable as I continue to explore no-code and automation solutions.
