I'm taking the No-code operations course and so far I find it surprisingly thorough, considering it's a free course. The information is straight to the point, you don't get generic comments but specific use cases and the solution to apply (recommended platforms, how to navigate them, what to check for specific goals). I will definitely be able to apply some knowledge from this course to my daily routine at work.

I took the No Code operator course and I loved it! It was really interesting, entertaining and easy to follow. It gave me some insights into lots processes to automate, of which I wasn't aware of and I can't wait to implement this input at work! I am very looking fwd to deepening the topic in further courses.

I recently took the 9x Data and Databases for Operators course after Alexandre attended as a guest instructor on a different course I was taking. He demonstrated a deep expertise and passion for the material, and his background sounded very relevant to my own professional experience.

As someone who has primarily worked with Excel in the past, I was ready to expand my skillset and gain a more robust understanding of databases. While I had some prior exposure to SQL databases through my PM role, I still learned a substantial amount of new information and techniques in this course.

I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: No-Code Operator from 9x! It’s enhanced how I think about building.

I don’t come from an engineering background. My experience is in operations, product design, facilitation, and admin support. I’ve driven projects at startups, end-to-end events, increased engagement, won grants and streamlined workflows for smoother collaboration with human-first solutions.

But I’ve never written a line of code (that’s a small lie, but a story for another time).

This course helped me connect the dots.

It covered the fundamentals: what no-code actually is. Not about replacing engineers, but about reducing dependency. Giving people more autonomy to fix what’s broken, build what’s missing, and move quickly without always relying on someone else’s backlog.

🛠 No-code ops isn’t about flashy apps. It’s about solving the small, frustrating problems that stack up over time. Dashboards. Alerts. Internal tools. Automations. The kind of work that usually gets deprioritised. With the right tools, operators can start building those solutions themselves.

Operators become builders.

Instead of writing up a spec and hoping it gets picked up, I can ask: how far can I get by building agents and automations?

The course broke no-code tools into three building blocks:

• Database: storing structured info

• Workflow: automating steps and logic

• Frontend: building usable, visual interfaces

I’ve already been experimenting with tools like Zapier, Make, and N8N to build lightweight agents and automations. This course helped enhance my understanding of the topic and provided me with language for what I’ve been doing intuitively.

📖 Definitions are key

So what’s next? Carry on working on applying it to real problems. Building workflows that save time, cut out repetition, and give people more autonomy to focus on the stuff that actually matters. Plus sharing it all on LinkedIn.

I really enjoyed this course and finished it all in one go. It’s a great way to quickly learn about no-code in a clear and well-organized way. Even if you’re already familiar with no-code and have built some things before (like automations or simple internal tools in Airtable), it’s still a great way to refresh your knowledge.

I definitely recommend spending 2–3 hours on this. It’s practical, easy to follow, and gives a solid overview of no-code.

I just finished the Webhooks and API course and found it very insightful and helpful to understand how to access and work with data from different sources. My lowlight? I took the AI in Practice to update my knowledge in using AI tools. The course is very helpful, clear and with good, easy to understand examples. In fact, anybody who wants to survive and succeed professionally nowadays should acquire the knowledge taught in this course.

I particularly liked the explanations on how LLMs work, more specifically the examples for distances between words, embeddings. The exercise with trying different forms of a prompt for the same scope was highly relevant and useful in my future work. I also discovered tools and features that otherwise I wouldn't have a clue on. Very professional and valuable course!

Airtable is so much more powerful than Excel, especially when integrating with AI. Airtable is so easy to integrate with other systems. After the hackathon, I'm definitely going to look at my colleagues' tasks in the finance department to help them with anything that has a possibility for automation.

I took the No-Code Operator Crash Course and boy, did I get schooled! The world of no-code is so much bigger than one thinks with so many tools and considerations, but having worked through this course, I have gained so much more knowledge and understanding in just an afternoon. The No-Code Operator course offers a good overview of the relevant platforms, operations and use cases. It's my second course with 9x and I enjoyed it very much again. Just did the No-Code Operator Teaser to gain an overview about what is expecting me in the upcoming weeks. it was amazing to a) being able to categorize different tools and b) to get an insight how integration of different tools really works. I took the no-code operator because I would like to improve my automation skills. I work in Finance and we have a bunch of manual processes I'd like to automate. It helped me to understand the basics which will be extremely helpful to increase efficiency in my tasks. The explanations in the course videos are easily understandable and give a great overview of the basics of no code.
