What you'll do

  • Help our team run the daily operations smoothly across Sales, Marketing and Community
  • Support the founders on the coordination and execution of key initiatives
  • Automate your tasks: when repetitive work lands on your plate, process it then automate it
  • Learn and build: everyone at 9x is a builder, you will learn how to build with AI.

What you bring

  • High agency: you see what needs doing and do it, without waiting to be told
  • Strong written communication: you can turn a messy call into a clear one-pager
  • You already use AI daily for real work, and can show us something you've built with it
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast changes in direction
  • Driven and dedicated, with the energy to match the pace of a fast-growing AI company
  • Humble: you take the work seriously and yourself lightly. No egos
  • Studying at or graduated from business, economics or a related field
  • German is a plus, not a requirement
