We're looking for a Founders' Associate to work directly with our founders on the strategic projects that shape where 9x goes next.

What you'll do

  • Work directly with the founders on the strategic projects that shape where 9x goes next
  • Take on real ownership: what you touch has real impact on the direction of the company
  • Move fast and adapt: expect the scope to shift as the company does
  • Learn and build. Everyone at 9x is a builder. You will learn how to build with AI.

What you bring

  • Studying at or graduated from a top university, in business, economics, or a related field
  • Experience in a high-pressure environment (banking, consulting, or similar) is a strong plus
  • German is a plus, not a requirement
  • High agency: you see what needs doing and do it, without waiting to be told
  • Driven and dedicated, with the energy to match the pace of a fast-growing AI company
  • Humble: you take the work seriously and yourself lightly. No egos
